ES: 1. Tasks like "Maintenance", Teaching sth (weekly/maintenance; and in first moth) (permament and multiuser) to give an option to "back" these tasks to "MY task to tak" - right now I have to end it and every time seach it in "Perm task list for taking" what is IMO stupid because I will taking these tasks a few times a day - and each time I need some time to find it.

2.. A little crazy idae but maybe we can add something like shown on the pic? a slider for maintenance task? If we have to take if every time we doing maintanance things we will just click on (and slide it to "ON") it and then all our tasks will get "Back"ed and get a maintenance, when we slide it to "OFF" all tasks which we has before as in progress will once again jump to in progress and our maintenance task get ended/backed. RIGHT now I lost a few minutes a day just to change tasks (so clicking back>task list other> find maintenance task> get> do sth> end> task list work flow> get) -- like I mentioned on the beggining it is a little crazy idea but it will be helpfull, but adding "Back" button to maintenance task will also help

3. Pls display other task which are in progres in task list workflow - it will safe some omissions when you forget back or finish other task. only display in my task, no option to end or get task
