TZ: Ticket po konsultacji z PB. Aktualnie jak dostajemy pomiary przesłane tabletem jedynie dostajemy informacje na maila - przychodzi wtedy taki mail jak w załączniku(czyli bez treści jednynie info z jakiego statku są to pomiary pojawia się w tytule maila). Tak przesłana informacja jest łatwa do przeoczenia. 1. Prośba o zmianę maila który przychodzi na pocztę - dodajmy tam w treść w formatce, dajcie jakąś większą trzcionkę(np. 18) tak by ten mail nie był pusty "New measurements has been received Owner: XXX Vessel: XXX Service mode: ON/OFF" --- jeśli istnieje możliwość by taka informacja była czy pomiary były robione przy włączonym service mode czy nie, ułatwi to nam organizację i dodawanie raporów XXX" 2. Wprowadzenie nowej funkcjonalności opisanej poniżej - opisany jest przykład z wyświetlanym tekstem(2) równie dobrze może być zmiana koloru przycisku(3) - to już jak będzie wygodniej i optymalniej zrobić. Specifically, in Harmo, after pressing button (1) in location (2), if any measurements were sent via Android, a notification would appear as shown in the screenshot. Meanwhile, tab (3) would load a list (4) of measurements received via API, displaying the vessel name, export date, and two buttons: "Accept" (5) and "Delete" (6). The Delete button wouldn’t actually remove the measurements but would only remove the row from the list (the measurements could still be uploaded, but a separate report wouldn’t be created—for example, if the crew sends multiple exports, we wouldn’t generate multiple reports but instead merge them into one). The Accept (5) button would load the data into the report submission section as usual, in location (7). At this stage, we would already have all the necessary data: the vessel and owner are known, and there are only two report type options. Depending on whether a quarterly report already exists or not (8), the correct type would be selected automatically. The date is also known from the export. The person adding the report would only need to review the data and press "Add new report." Such an approach would reduce the risk of missing an email with measurements, speed up the process, and create a foundation for implementing a fully automated report addition system in the future
